Payments
When you make a purchase on our website, your payment is securely processed through the Squarespace Payments system, allowing you to pay with a variety of debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and UnionPay, as well as an option ACH Direct Debit from your bank. The trusted third-party payment processors, PayPal and Stripe are also accepted. Squarespace uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) to encrypt all payment processing data ensuring secure payment processing. They also comply with PCI-DSS standards for payment security. Your payment information will appear in your statement as Balance & Bliss to ensure transparency.
Shipping
Balance & Bliss products are sold exclusively and shipped within the mainland United States. Your order will ship within 1-3 business days. Please be advised that postal delays are not within our control, but we make every effort to ensure your product arrives safe and sound. Your order confirmation email will contain a tracking number. We ship using the US Postal Service. USPS will send you tracking notifications.
Returns

Physical Products – Physical products include, but are not limited to, books, room sprays, oils, and herbs. Replacements or refunds will be considered. Please allow up to 7 business days for an exchange or refund to be processed. Once finalized, an e-mail will be sent notifying you of the status of your refund. We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned. For any return or exchange, you are responsible for all shipping & handling costs.
Digital Products – Our digital products include, but are not limited to, online courses, audio and video files, and PDF downloads. All sales of digital products are final, and these items cannot be returned or exchanged. Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, it is considered in your possession and cannot be returned like physical items. Balance & Bliss, Inc., does not offer refunds or credits for lack of usage or dissatisfaction with the outcome of using the contents.
